This amount covers our management costs and includes direct support to Rwandan businesses.

A third of this sum is donated to the partner company, making it possible to finance the remuneration of a Rwandan intern integrated into the team.

This is one of the pillars of WAM Internships: helping to structure and promote the concept of internship within African companies, while contributing to the professional integration of young local graduates.
